Daniel graduated from
the University of Central Michigan with a Bachelors of Science
in Health Fitness with a concentration towards Exercise
Physiology and Cardiac Stress Testing. Before moving to
Florida and joining the team of Project Walk Orlando, Daniel
worked in his field as a Cardiac EKG Technician at the Great
Lakes Heart and Vascular Institute. He also participated in a
15 week cardiac rehab/cath lab internship at Lakeland
Healthcare in St Joseph, Michigan. Daniel is a self motivated
compassionate individual who is dedicated to a career in which
he can make a difference in the lives of his clients. |

Brooke graduated from Warner University in Lake
Wales, Florida with a Bachelors Degree in Exercise
Science. At Warner, she was a 2nd baseman for the Lady
Royals softball team. Before Project Walk Orlando, she
was a personal trainer at the L.A. Fitness Center in Ft.
Myers, Florida. She was also an assistant softball
coach for the DeSoto County Bulldogs, her hometown
softball team. Brooke, along with her father and twin
sister, took the Lady Bulldogs to the Final Four last
season in which they took 3rd place in the State Series
Finals. Brooke is pleased to join the Project Walk
Orlando Team and is excited to begin her career helping
others. |

Matt Matt graduated from the University of Central Florida in Orlando, FL with a B.S. in Sports and Fitness, focusing mainly on Human Performance and Injury Prevention. He is a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist, a Certified Biomechanics Specials, and up to date with CPR and First Aid Certifications. Matt has been working in the field of health and exercise for over 7 years, with experiences at the Florida Hospital Sports Medicine and Outpatient Rehabilitation clinic and the Central Florida YMCA. Dominating his outlook in rehabilitation, Matt believes that a person’s effort—both physical and mental—is the most important factor in achieving success, as one cannot expect to get more out of an experience than what they are willing to put in. He is excited to join the PW team and add his passion and dedication for rehabilitation to the company. |

Lauren has her Bachelor's Degree in Kinesiology and a Master's Degree in
Human Services with Specialization in Nonprofit Management. She worked
at Project Walk Headquarters in Carlsbad, CA for five years and is a Level II
Certified Trainer. During her time at PW, she logged in nearly 10,000 client
hours and was a Lead Trainer for several years before becoming the Facility
Manager. She is now here at Project Walk Orlando--working with clients, creating
new exercise prescriptions and training new trainers to assure that the
transition to Project Walk Orlando goes smoothly. She will be here until
October 21, and then will return on a regular basis to oversee clients' progress
as we move into next year.
