Matt Matt graduated from the University of Central Florida in Orlando, FL with a B.S. in Sports and Fitness, focusing mainly on Human Performance and Injury Prevention. He is a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist, a Certified Biomechanics Specials, and up to date with CPR and First Aid Certifications. Matt has been working in the field of health and exercise for over 7 years, with experiences at the Florida Hospital Sports Medicine and Outpatient Rehabilitation clinic and the Central Florida YMCA. Dominating his outlook in rehabilitation, Matt believes that a person’s effort—both physical and mental—is the most important factor in achieving success, as one cannot expect to get more out of an experience than what they are willing to put in. He is excited to join the PW team and add his passion and dedication for rehabilitation to the company.
